Etting a second computer to hook up to the internet

Hello, we have ATT wireless in our home. We have one laptop which works fine. We bought a second (a EZbook PC. When trying to connect, I see that the signal is excellent or very good but when I hit connect, it will not connect. Any advice

Wireless mode ? Wireless security ? Familiarise yourself with the manual for your router as you may have to change settings.

Meanwhile, check TCP/IP Properties.

Start, Connect To, Connection, Properties, Scroll Down TCP/IP and highlight, click Properties and check that Obtain DNS and IP address automatically are enabled.
