ATI video card

Hello. I am having trouble in in installing this video card when i put it in the ps slot the computer keeps running and i don't get any signal to the HD mounter it was supposed to easy to install what am i doing wrong.

The proper way in few easy steps, in device manager uninstall the old card/ shut down and install new card/ start up and the new card will be running on windows default VGA driver/ install drivers for the new card.
