Are these idle CPU temps safe enough to start Prime95?

As of right now, this is what CPUID is reading:
Core#0 36C 35C 39C
Core#1 39C 38C 41C
Core#2 39C 38C 40C
Core#3 36C 35C 38C
Package 39C 39C 42C

I realize these temps are kinda high for idle temps. I'm still trying to figure out whats the deal with my cooler. I've got a Noctua NH-U9B SE2. Thanks!

Depends on your ambient 10°-12°C over ambient is normal.

Sure, only load temps really matter anyways. Just keep an eye on it for the first 5 min. Your idles should be better though, especially with a decent cooler like that. Might want to try reseating it
