How much of a change will I notice coming from Pentium D 2.66g

Hi.


I'm just wondering how much of a change in speed I may notice in my computer coming from:

My current:

E-Machines
Windblows XP Sp3 / Slackware 13.2
2 gigs RAM
Pentium D 2.66g
Who know what mobo (I could look, but I'm too lazy to open the case right now :lol: )
NVIDIA 9600 GT
WD 200g HDD
Earthwatt (I believe) 500w PSU

to say:
Windblows 7 / Maybe Linux in a while
Sandy Bridge i5 2500
ASUS P8P67 LE mobo
NVIDIA 9600 GT card (same card for now)
Seagate 7200 sata
4 to 8 gigs ram

I think I'll transfer the PSU, case, and NVIDIA card (for now) to my new build.
