Issues with new system.

I recently build my new computer, here are its specs:

Galaxy Nvidia GTX 465: (couldnt find link)

I have run into several issues:
- When I start the computer up, it turns on, then turns completely off, then back on again and stays on.
- No video output(video card LED lights and fan turns on)

I think they are all connected issues, can someone please help me fix them?

just got done with it today. i had the machine turn on and stay on for a while, but then that stopped working. never had any video output though.

It has a very good chance of helping you ID and fix the problem.

so i have began the breadboarding. i have just the cpu, cpu fan, psu, and speaker hooked up. the speaker never does anything but click when i first tourn on the system. it never beeps or anything. isnt it supposed to beep if i have no memory installed?

i fixed the speaker, i had it installed backwards. i also added one stick of ram to the DDR3_3 slot. i am now getting one beep every 10-30 seconds.

Not atm. should i begin installing the video card and hooking up the monitor?

Try 1 stick in the 3_1 slot. If that doesn't work keep trying the other sticks of RAM.

Ok, so when i move the memory(i only have 1 stick to use btw), the beep stops. then why i put in the video card, issues start. still no video output, and the system goes back to starting up, then restarting.

no beeps at all. 2 pci-e cords from the psu hooked up to the graphics card.

Take the video card out. Do a CMOS reset and boot again with just the 1 stick of RAM.

none at all. the only one ive ever gotten was when the stick of ram was in the DDR3_3 slot.

ive pushed the thing in its slot as far as it wants to go. the monitor just displays no signal. im lost at what else to try.
