MSI Z68 PCIe confusion

Hello,
I have read the negativity surrounding the MSI Z68A-G80 board regarding the board disabling certain features if more than 2 PCIe lanes are used. I am a little confused. If I ran an SLI configuration, does that mean if I added a sound card that I would run into problems? I really like this board and it seems to get good reviews.

I don't think you will have any problem using more PCIe slots at once because on top of the first PCIE slot it have a 6 pin power connector to power the PCIE slots if you use more than one PCIE slot.
