Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me decide.

At the moment I am running a ATI Radeon HD 4850hd 1gb and I wish to upgrade. Do I :

A: Buy a second ATI Radeon HD 4850hd 1 gb and run in Crossfire

or

B: Go with a brand new card from nvidia (any suggestions would be great)

I am a avid PC gamer and run them using a Syncmaster 2232bw 22". I run all my programs in 1680x1050 with a Intel Core i7 CPU 920.

Any help and advise would be much appreciated.

Cheers
K

It depends on the games you play. Blizzard games don't take advantage of Crossfire, as well as a few other titles you should look up before deciding. If you don't play those games, and you can find a 4850 for under say...100, then go for it. If not, then I would suggest a 6870 or higher, or a GTX 470 or higher.
