Graphics Load Causes Power Off

I recently had a Thermaltake 750W Toughpower fail and RMA'd it and received a Thermaltake TR2 RX 850W power supply as a replacement. Since installing the new power supply I have had problems with it powering off, no warning or BSOD, as soon as a graphics load is applied when using my 8800 Ultra gpu. I have tested the system with an old nvidia 7600 gpu and the system runs fine even under gaming loads. I have tested the memory by removing sticks and testing all combinations. I have reapplied thermalpaste to my cpu. I'm running the latest nvidia drivers and Windows 7. CPU is AMD 4800+.
Any thoughts? Is there a way that I can find an error, temp or voltage warning report?

More about graphics load power
  1. TT PSU's are known to be "not the best around". Tr to borrow
  2. Try to borrow at least a 650 watt PSU from Corsair, Antec, Seasonic or XFX to see what happens.
  3. Also, try downloading a GPU program like MSI Afterburner, which will report the temp of the GPU.
