Game Problem ( Nvidia GTS 250) Lost Planet 2

Hello everyone!

as per title, i have problem with Lost Planet 2.

when i'm playing sometimes the game crashes, the screen become purple and the images undefined, this occurs randomly

it can depend on my graphic card?

in order to discard overheating, i post the temperature of my sistem when i play the game:

i have performed the benchmark of lost planet, and the games run correctly, the GTS 250 drivers has updated and directX driver too.

i think that it's not a problem of performance:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2500 MHz
4096 MB (2 x 2048 DDR2-SDRAM )
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3
DirectX : 9.0c version (may 2010)

The latest DirectX files are from November 30 last year. Have you dusted out your system so heat doesn't build up? One more thing you might want to scan your PC for viruses one of the links tried to get me to buy fake AV software.
