Need Opinions On Case/Video Card

For my custom built gaming computer I'm having a hard time choosing my video card and case. I guess we'll start with cases.

Cases
I have 3 cases in mind right now. I'll tell you in advanced I'm not planning on using water cooling (if this narrows it down?). I would like a cool and quiet case. Need as many opinions as I can get, and please explain why you chose one case over the other. Onto the choices.

Video Cards
So after deciding to go with one single higher end video card, a GTX 580, instead of SLI'ing two 560 ti's for the same price of one 580, and then SLI'ing with another 580 later on down the road, I would like to know if if I would get more benefit going with a SOC edition of a 580 instead of just a regular brand 580.

I was thinking about getting this card:

So like I just said should I just get a regular 580 and SLI down the road or a 580 SOC and SLI down the road. Or in other words how much more performance am I getting with the 580 SOC over the regular 580. Sorry if this sounds confusing, I'm just not really familiar with computers / computer parts.

Also, if you think I should just go with a regular 580, which brand (EVGA, Asus, etc..) has the best one?

You may like these cases too. I have the 3620, but that's because the Griffin was out of stock, no regrets though. Do yourself a favor and buy 4 Scythe kama 120MM fans to adorn them though (stock fans suck).

Also, PSU on the bottom causes heat issues with non-LCS computers.

Thanks for the reply! Overall I still like the 3 cases I chose more though, sorry . If you had to pick one of my 3 choices, which one would you pick?

Of the 3 I like the HAF X, but like I said, the bottom PSU mount will cause heat to build in the top of the case, and warm the CPU unessisarally.

Okay 1 vote for HAF X! Still looking for many more opinions and still need help regarding the video card.

If you are going with one of the cases you listed I'd recommend the HAF, but look into the Antec Twelve Hundred V3 case. I got that case and its almost perfect; great air flow, filters to prevent dust, great cable management, looks nice. Just wish I could turn off the LED lights on it..

For video card unless your monitor is very large I doubt you need that much memory on it, get either one of the same chipset or a Radeon equiv with just 1 gig memory for under $300.
