Need advice on prebuilt gaming computer for my son.

Hello. I would greatly appreciate any help than anyone is able to provide. I noticed there is a questionnaire to make it easier for anyone whom is willing to help so I will start with that.

Budget Range: 500 - 1000 I don't much care for rebates.


System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming


Parts Not Required: Monitor, Keyboard, Speakers.

Parts Preferences: I have always bought him Nvidia graphics cards. But I am willing to change that.


Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No idea


Monitor Resolution: 1680x1050

He is looking forward to the next Oblivion game as well as the upcoming Star Wars MMO.

I don't know nearly enough about computers to build my own. I know most people seem to prefer to build their own. I would just greatly appreciate any links to some solid gaming computers so my son can run his games in the higher settings and still perform well. Thanks so much in advance.
