Hello, when i turn my pc on it says keyboard, i have ps2 and usb but still same problem i have change keyboard still, it will not boot to desktop so that i can go to safe mode. when i put it on first thing i will see is keyboard error with some code. it Dell

Try a simple fix. Replace the RTC battery (Lithium CR 2032) on the motherboard. (Wear an anti-static grounding wrist strap when you do this).

If you know the error code, refer to the User's Manual available at 'support.dell.com' and see what it refers to.
