Temperatures okay?

My Mom's computer has a Palit GeForce GTS250 1GB (E-Green) graphics card in it and it's running at 45C idle, I've air compressed it and it remains the same. Had the computer since August 2010 and it's never been this high at idle. My GTS450 runs at 28C idle and all the cards before that were the same roughly.

Thanks,
Nathan.

45C is fine for a gpu.
It probably has more to do with airflow in the case and the cards cooler design.
Some cards exhaust out the back and others dump in the case.
