GPU cooling

I am looking for the simplest answer to video card cooling.
I am currently running two Nvidia 280 OC cards in SLI.
My case is a Coolermaster Haf 932,with two 230mm fans front and side..two 120mm fans on top with the obligitory 140mm fan out the back.Currently the cards temp average 42c for card one,and 49c for card two at "rest..
My concern is for card two as it jumps much higher during heavy use.I end up changing the cards fan speed to almost 75% to get it to drop in temp....whiloe card ones speed is 40%.Any suggestions?

The max temps for the cards is 105°C according to nvidia http://www.nvidia.com/object/product_geforce_gtx_280_us.html what temperature are you reaching?

Cureently reaching 57c on card two..not up to melt point,but i'd feel better if the cards were equal..around 45c..

57°C is a great under load temp not uncommon to be in the 70's°C
