PSU for sli 570 and 2500k @ 4GHz

I'm going to build my first gaming PC with sli evga 570 sc and Intel i5 2500k @ 4GHz or so cooled by a Cooler Master Hyper 212. Also I'm getting a NZXT Phantom case and will probably get all 7 fans.
I had planed getting this 850w Corsair PSU:

But some people are saying that I will need from 950 to 1000w power supply. So what do you think?

    For a system with two GeForce GTX 570 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA recommends a power supply with a minimum +12 Volt continuous current rating of 56 Amps and with at least four 6-pin PCI-E Supplementary Power Connectors.

    The CORSAIR Professional Series HX850 (CMPSU-850HX) with its +12 Volt continuous current rating of 70 Amps will have no problem powering a system with two GeForce GTX 570 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode. It also has six 6+2 pin PCI-E Modular Supplementary Power Connectors.

    The power supply's +12 Volt continuous current rating is way more important than its wattage.
  2. If you go with a qualit power supply you''l have no problemwith an 850w, so relly cheap power supply manufactures are a little... optimistic with their wattage ratings which is possible why some pepole are saying to go 950+
  3. The other reason people are saying to go 950+ is because they overestimate power consumption.
