Worst case you have 300W on your 12V rail. Should be enough for most systems, but that PSU is junk. Run it if you want, but your next upgrade needs to be a new PSU.

I may recommend looking at other units. Only because this power supply is listed at 65% efficient and looks to be based on an older design.

Do not get me wrong, it should run it fine. I use a FSP 300 watt for my i5 750 + 5770 with ease.

As long as you are not pushing too much hardware, you are good.

for 5 bucks more? Antec basiq, but still just slightly better on the 12 volt rails and 80+ efficient.
