I may recommend looking at other units. Only because this power supply is listed at 65% efficient and looks to be based on an older design.

Do not get me wrong, it should run it fine. I use a FSP 300 watt for my i5 750 + 5770 with ease.

As long as you are not pushing too much hardware, you are good.

for 5 bucks more? Antec basiq, but still just slightly better on the 12 volt rails and 80+ efficient.
