Looking to get some feedback on this potential build. Good components? Better options? Strong compatibility?

Looking to use this PC for high performance gaming on high to highest settings. Games include Shogun 2 and Crysis 2.

Also any advice on a mobo for this workup would be great as I am not sure about this piece.

OS: Windows 7 64 Bit $99.99
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) $209.99
DVD: Asus Black DRW-24B1ST $18.99
Case: Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case $59.95
PSU: CORSAIR HX Series CMPSU-750HX 750W Power Supply $141.99
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 $99.99
GPU: PNY VCGGTX560TXPB GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x166 $249.99
Hard Drive: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive $64.99
Mobo: ?

Side Notes:
Memory: should I bump down to a DDR3 1333?
Am I going overkill in any areas?

This puts me at $910 w/o the mobo after rebates. Its the high end of my budget but I haven't looked at the combo deals or similar components to try and cut down in some areas as I am trying to get a better idea on which components to go with. If you have suggestions on products that may be at a lower cost but provide the same or better performance that would be great.
