Additional Comments: Let me just say that i am a cheap skate but some things cannot be avoided. my current pc HP Pavilion Media Center m7250n - Pentium D 820 2.8 GHz

My current pc is running 3gb of ram and a Geforce 8500GT 1024mb graphics card. Basically do i need to upgrade everything or what can i upgrade to get better performance for the least money i have done my research and understand i can upgrade my current cpu to Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 670 supporting HT Technology
(2M Cache, 3.80 GHz, 800 MHz FSB) but will i see a gain? I thought maybe it was my GPU so i tryed XFX GS-250X-YDFV GeForce GTS 250 512MB 256-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card But it offered no significant change.
