i have a dell inspiron 19 A all in one which worked fine untill recently. when i boot it gets stuck on the bios screen. I have washed the Mboard with methylated spirit. booted it alternating the memories. while it is on i remove the cmos jumper and the screen did not even blink, but was still on . i am tired ..please help
