Which psu to use for msi 865g neo plus motherboard

The power supply is IW-P300A3-1 which i belive is 300watts.There is none avaiable so what can i use instead>
526 mb 2.6v x 2 of ram installed on the PC. Looks like the psu is gone.I am getting 3.12v instead of 3.3v.
and 4.8v instead of 5v. loaded.but no signal on the monitor or can hear the hard drive and no flashing light
in the front. Helppppp.
