HD 5570 + 250w PSU

Hi

Ive just recently bought a Novatech media case , I wanted to build this system

E3300 (Hopefully OCed to 3.5Ghz)
Scythe Shuriken CPU Cooler
HD5570 Gpu
2GB DDR2 Ram
1TB HDD
DVD Rewritwer/Combo

Now the installed PSU is a 250w unit , 15A on 12V Rail

Will i be able to use that ?
