More about case soundproofing
  1. you can use the same sound dampening stuff that people use for car audio. you can get thin sound deadening mats and spray on stuff.
  2. +1 I used car that stuff on a friends pc and does the job well.

  5. Wouldnt this case the case to be heavily insulated, heat wise?
  6. yes, any insulation will keep the heat in also.
  7. Unless you have 4-5 case fans (side, roof, front and exhaust) i wouldnt even consider sound proofing. You need to keep a good constant air fow around the case otherwise components will be trying to cool themselves with already hot air.

If you do chose to sound proof, keep an eye on temps of components and inside case.
  8. I have a coolermaster atcs 840 with 8 fans(3 230mm and 5 120mm) so airflow is not an issue. The case is pretty quiet and i have a fan controler too(phobya fan max 6) but i want to make it inaudible.

Well, if you want "inaudible", try the Noctua coolers and fans.
They're a bit expensive. But if a noiseless is what you want, it's worth it.
