Need some help with timings on my new ram Gskill

Ok i just got some G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 alongside with a i5 2500K with Asrock Z68 Gen3 MB what are some good timings? Sorry haven't really messed with this stuff in a bit, any help would be greatly appreciated Thx

The memory should be used at the recommended timings by the manufacturer. If they work in Auto on the motherboard, then leave the timings set to Auto unless you want to play with them. Most likely, the main timings for you are 9-9-9-24, but that is just the most likely set of timings, not a guarantee that it is the one intended for you.
