Hello All, This is my first post here and unfortunatley it comes with a question about my pc as well.
I have 6mont old pc I built, has been working well but recently it has been restarting during POST. It will do this 2-3 times then loads the os. Ocassionally it will restart more often and i have poweroff manually. The symptoms are intermittent i'm not sure if its the ram or the motherboard, maybe the power supply?

I have done the following:
checked the power supply with a ps tester and checks out
checked all cords and wall socket, re-attached all the ps connections
checked and re-seated the ram
checked motherboard for any signs of damage
cpu temp is great, all fans start right up
recently reloaded win7 64bit (ssd harddrive crashed)

gskill 4x 4gb pc1600 cas9 ram
Rosewill rx850-s-b 850w power supply
