Hey everyone,
First time builder here and I'm VERY frustrated right now.
I'm in the first steps building a pc, putting in the CPU heatsink, all went well until the heatsink part. My heatsink latch won't latch on, I'm placing quite amount of force and the second latch JUST won't LATCH on.
It has been LITERALLY ALMOST 4 HOURS I cannot get this on.. it is getting late.
My MOBO is ASROCK M3A770DE
CPU is AMD x4 550 Black edition
The 2nd latch is HALFWAY onto the plastic latch.
I've placed quite an amount of force, not latching in. I noticed my 4copper legs on the heatsink isn't resting on the orange cpu surroundings, is it suppose to be like mid air floating? I opened my CPU and made sure the cpu is in place and latched in correctly..
PLEASE. I'm so FRUSTRATED I can just use all my force on it..
