I most likely wont be getting into SLI or CF. I went with the 750W PSU to ensure I wouldnt run into any potential risks as well help add longevity to the system. The 650W PSU is still a safe option with this in mind?

In terms of the GPU if I go with the Radeon will I need to change my CPU from Intel? I found more Intel/Nvidia combination's and AMD/Radeon combination's in my research, and read about how these GPU/CPU combination's are more compatible, is that true?

For one card 650 is overkill but more power available doesn't hurt. If you want CF you can get this board

and one of those

No, any video card works very well with any CPU.

Some other good cases

If you want to overclock get this CPU

Overclocking that CPU is extremely easy.
