Is Advent 7056 available in US?

Hi all,

I saw the advent 7056 at the following URL:

I don't know what this machine would sell for in $s but it looks like a
pretty nice deal. If this particular machine isn't available in the US,
are there any similarly speced machines at a comparable price point?
