Is this decent? Budget $400-500. A budget build that can do simple applications. Play some games..not the latest games..but probably games from a few years back. Graphics that are not high demanding. Photoshop and watch videos. I also wanted to know what I should look at as a DVD drive and for a wireless connection. I'm a novice. Thank you.

I 'm a bit surprised what you have there is under $500.

This would be a better budget PSU
Rosewill RG530-S12

That gives you more options for future upgrades. While the majority of Rosewell PSUs are poor, this one is built by ATNG and considered a solid choice.

This processor could be a very big upgrade for a small amount extra

The GPU would play any game at reduced settings with a 1680x1050 res or lower. It's a good budget card for sure at that price.
