I have an somewhat old computer I want to bring back to life. I have the nforce4 A939 Mother Board and I need some help selecting the highest performing CPU I can mate up to this Board. Considering the age of this board It should be easy to find a match. I just don't know what to select.

Thanks Everybody for the help!

The fastest CPU would be the FX-60
It's 2.6 Ghz, Dual-Core with an unlocked multiplier, but still very expensive on ebay
The athlon 4800+ is a good dual core, 2.4 Ghz
Also the Opteron 185 is as fast as the Fx-60, but with a locked multiplier

I have a 939 system as my backup with a 4400+ dualcore (2.2 Ghz) in it and it's showing its age. Win 7 + facebook games choke it up. But it still does fairly well on games like Fallout 3 and Oblivion with the HD 3850 GPU.
