Best RAM for first Gaming PC under $50USD

Hi guy's.

I have recently started building my first Gaming Computer and I'm having trouble deciding on what speed I want. I would like 8gb just to be safe and I have been looking at the Corsair Vengeance Blu 8gb. I also need RAM that can fit under most CPU Cooler's (CM 212 Hyper Evo for example)

Most ram is the same these days but this is some very good ram thats cheap and has good heatsinks.

The G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL don't always play well together with 2 kits, the Corsair can run at Rated in 1 kit (2x4GB) or 2 kits (4x4GB).
