P67 extreme4 gen 3 problem

I have a gigabyte 560 ti installed as the video card. I just finished building my pc. Now when it was just the motherboard and the processor I started the motherboard and the dr. debug lit up normaly and I figured everything was good to go. So I installed the rest of the build and turned on the computer the all the fans work but I get no video and the Dr. debug isnt showing anything. What could my problem be? Im totally lost

im using a1 and b1. I already tried booting 1 stick at a time also.

shouldnt the dr. debug be lit up atleast? even if there was nothing wrong? Thats why im worried.

I'm returning the motherboard and CPU. I think the CPU is fine but since amazon will send a new one I'm not taking a chance.

I just received the replacement board and everything is working perfectly. Must of been a faulty board.

Do you still have the board? If you, test the voltages if you can or load a single dimm onto the board just to be sure of that possibility its dead
