Are they going to make Halo 3 for Windows 7?

I got Windows 7 installed and would like the game but I never had a Xbox 360(and I don't think I ever will) before to play it.

I hope they do. It's really sad to see how the gaming world is kind of giving up on PC players more and more. With the crazy sales of consoles, PC game development has kind of slowed down. They know they can make more money off console games so they don't invest as much in PC game development.
Yet PC's aren't going anywhere; we will always be able to play the most crazy graphic intensive things.
