Can i istall a gforce 7600 into an acer aspire x3950

You can put a Geforce 7600 in the computer if it is the PCI express version. I also think that it may have to be a low profile card as well. Do you already have the card?

thanks very much for the reply. i do have the card. its out of my previous pc and is the pci express version.

Just go ahead and try it then. If it fits, it should work. The only problem that you might find is that the card is too big. Acer usually trys to make their cases as small as possible. Besides fitting, you should have no problem with it. Just remember to install the drivers after you put it in.

thanks dougx1317. the issue of the size is what i am trying to clear up. i've not got the acer yet. waiting for it to be delivered. i'll soon know when it comes lol
