GTX570 with a 24" monitor?
Jan 24, 2011, 5:23 PM
Do you think it is a good idea to buy gtx570 1280mb and a 24" monitor? Or do you think 1280 mb memory wouldn't be enough for such a large screen?

What is the resolution of the monitor? If it's 1920x1200 or less, it is currently enough for almost anything at max settings.

i assume that your resolution is 1920x1080 / 1200. at that resolution GTX570 is more than enough. the memory should be enough so you can crank up AA and AF. to be frank even at 2560x1600 the card still have the power to drive most of recent games
