Question related to my GPU failing

Hey guys , I've bought a new Gainward GeForce GTX 460 GS (1GB @ GDDR5) and a new CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX and installed them in my new HAF 922. My mobo is a new Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H . Ok ... so , I installed the PSU with the fan facing INSIDE my case. Also installed my graphics card on the lowest pci slot on my mobo. And here is the question : Why did my graphics card STOPPED/FAILED working , after only 3 or so hours ? I've sent it to warranty , and so far they couldn't provide me with an answer as to what happend to it . Please give me your opinions and insight , cause I want to know if I messed up and where. Thank you so much :)

Things is I replaced that card with a similar one , in the same haf922 case .. and it works like a charm... must have been a faulty product :p
