Sata hdd performance slow down

I have gigabyte combo mobo. i am using it since 1 year.
the Mobo have 4 sata ports, 4 sata ports not working like new mobo.
I have 2 ports working well. I have 2 hard drive & Sata DVD Writer.
I con't use 3 port at a time, DVD writer Ditected but its not Writing DVDs,
I replace same port with HDD. HDD working slow copy speed 3mb/s.
i check sata cabals its working good.
