Looking over my build above I think even though the PSU is solid a would handle the GPU just fine I would you to consider a $30 -MIR = $10 cost upgrade to 650w quality PSU

Thank you guys so much for the help, it is very much appreciated. I am taking the advice in this thread and purchasing it on NewEgg and building it myself!

I also realized that I don't need to get a copy of Windows. I bought a student copy of it for $29 back when it came out but I never used it.
