Dell D820 power issue

Hello, I have a Dell D820 with power issues. It runs fine on AC, but the battery never charges. I have replaced the battery, so I know that is not the problem. Is there a fuse associated with the recharging process that has failed? What can I do?

I think you may have got a dead replacement battery, you could try a bios update, strange as it may seem dell did something weird to try to stop people using 3rd party adapters and it had issues with some parts regardless of if they are dell of not.
