Sandy Bridge gaming build missing a mobo

Looking to put together a SB build for my best friend to play FFXIV, Crysis 2 and Rift on at 1920 x 1080. I have the following on hand already:

Comes to just over $300 leaving $100 for the mobo and this is where I don't know what go with. Suggestions please!

Well it depends on what you need. Start here.

Do you want SLI ie 2 Video cards?
Do you need PCI slots for wireless/sound card?
Do you need sata 6gb/s USB 3.0?
Do you want 2 or 4 slots for RAM?
How many USB do you need?

This MSI motherboard is probably your best bet as it is exactly $100

Not really looking to crossfire, I do like boards with 4 ram slots for future memory upgrades, haven't read up on the new 1155 boards and not sure the difference between the H61, H67 and P67 boards.
