The CM 212+ is too big for my case I need advice on what case I need to buy.

In the other thread, the Antec 300 was mentioned, which is a great case (get the Antec 300 Illusion from Newegg, if you can). Also the Cooler Master HAF 912 and Cooler Master HAF 922 are good cases. As you go up in budget, it opens up much more options.

The Antec 300 Illusion will fit the Cooler Master 212+ without issues. Here is a build I did with the same cooler and case.

Most of Coolmasters cases were probable made with the 212+ in mind. Could I just buy the LOGISYS Computer Area 51 CS51WBK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 480W Power Supply instead?

It looks like the case should be big enough (wide enough) for the 212 +, so if you like the case I would say go for it...

Big enough IDK wide enough maybe. But it's the height that's counts. Will it be high enough to clear the 212+?

In the case, width is what matters for a heat sink. This is the height of the case from the ground up when it's on its side. Height is the measurement of the case from ground up when it's upright.

At 9.80" wide, it should not have issues with the 212+ heat sink.
