Help to set ddr3 1333mhz memory!

Hi, i installed a G.skill F3-10666cl7d memorys (2x4gb 7-7-7-21 1333mhz), if i set the timmings on auto, at cpu-z i get 9-9-9-24-78-2, what its the correct values for this memorys?

i found a problem, after 2 hours ~ using the pc, got freeze and after i reboot, the keyboard dont work, the system start normally but the keyboard isnt avaliable, i need to reset bios to get computer ok, what is the problem? i will make screens when i come at home :/

Hi dfda

First, make sure you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard.

Next, input the basic timings for the memory: tCL 7 - tRCD 7 - tRP 7 - tRAS 21

Make sure to also input DRAM frequency and voltage (even though they may default to the correct values).

Test and see how that works. If problem persists, test one module at a time with the proper settings to make sure one is not bad causing a problem.

Keep us posted on the results.

ok, thanks for response, i have the lastest bios on my mobo, after i set 7-7-7-21 and 1333mhz of frequency the computer start but doesnt do the bios check and the screen is black :/

Did you try one module at a time? Which slots did you have them installed in and what motherboard?
