Need advice on a Power Supply

Hello,
I am building a brand new rig consisting of:

I am left blank with what Hard Drive to buy (Best of the Best Preferred-no money limit), also the big one is the Power Supply which I can't figure out what kind of power supply I should go with and lastly I am gonna go with 2x gtx 590's unless someone has a better choice for me.
Again, I have no money limit so respond with only top notch stuff.

For a hard drive, I would look at the OCZ Vertex 3 Max IOPS 240GB and a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB. You could go with the OCZ RevoDrive 3 x2 240GB or 480GB drives.

For your PSU... Corsair AX1200 would be my recommendation with two GTX 590's

For 1000W PSUs you really should get a split rail design for safety. On the rare chance it does fail it won't destroy your whole system.

Alright, so I chose the Antec HCP-1200.
Now, as far as the hard drive goes, Do I really need an ssd? Yes, the rig will only be used for high end games and pretty much any game. What would my rig achieve from an ssd if it only will be used for online gaming purposes. However, I do need top of the line hard drive.
