Get a better PSU like the Corsair 650TX.The HAF 922 should cost 6000 rupees. You should be able to fit a GTX 560 Ti in that budget.

I am building a machine with the same cpu/mobo, personally I am going with the 6950 and I will be flashing the bios that unlocks the extra shaders (do at your own risk).... but that's just me :)

The GTX 560 consumes almost identical power to the 460, it's not a power hog. I currently have the 460, and my Antec 620Watt ended up being overkill. Also, the 560 is rediculously overclockable, some people have pushed the core clock past 1 Ghz. Also, heads up that ATi knows about BIOS flash, and if u do the BIOS flash, your warranty is voided

well, both are gud but asus provides some extra features for some extra cost
i don't know the exact differences between p67 and h67 but if u are planning to overclock, then go for p67
otherwise h67 is fine

n one more thing, i doubt gtx 560 ti will be available in india anytime soon :(
i suggest u go for altec lansing vs 2621 speakers, available for Rs 2500/- n save dat money for a gud video card
;)
