Hello,
I have lenovo slim line with 180 watt PSU, I need run dual monitors but the computer doesnt support two monitors on the motherboard. So can i get away with gt 520 evga and downclock the hell out it? or should i find a different card?

The GT 520 only uses 35W max TDP you're fine.

stating 29w max
recommending a 300w PSU
but Nvidia is famous for overestimating PSUs
