Want to run nfs hot purauit at 20 fps

im using pentium d 3.00ghz ,500gb of hard disk ,2gb ddr2 ram and 1gb of xfx 9500gt i cannot play nfs hot pursuit 2010 even at 15 fps ..i tuned my card using nvidia control panel to performance mode i used game booster but i cannot play it without lag ..pls help to make me work this game at 20 fps aleast .. is there any optimisation i can do with this specs..and i want to say that im not going to upgrade my system ..so dont give me any ideas of getting another hardware..just pls tell me how to run nfs hot pursuit 2010 at 800*600 at 20fps

You probably need to overclock your CPU and GPU. All of your parts are very low end. Make sure you watch your heat and voltages so you don't burn anything up. You really need new hardware.
