I'm completely stumped...

Specs:
Dell Studio XPS 16, 6 GB of ram, i5 Core Processor, 500 GB HDD, Windows 7 64-bit, AMD ATI Radeon HD 4670.

Problem: My laptop's Blu-Ray drive will read Blu-Rays fine, but only plays the audio, no video. I can "scroll" through the disc menus and everything, but no video. DVDs play perfectly fine in it, and it's not a disc issue because Blu-Rays that previously played perfectly now have this problem.

I updated the video card driver (AMD ATI Radeon 4670), restarted the computer, tried multiple video softwares to watch the movie, nothing. All the software seems fine, which is why i think it might be a hardware issue, but it plays DVD video perfectly fine.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I tried uninstalling Cyberlink PowerDirector 10 and reinstalled it. I also just installed the newest version of DirectX...I don't know what else I can do. Any other ways to remedy a codec issue? Thanks.
