No vga signal or boot screen, MEMOK light ON

I assembled new build (ASUS P8Z68-V LX, Intel i5-2500k) as below but it's not powering up to boot menu and no vga display on monitor. Also the RAM MEMOK LED light stays ON. http://img.tomshardware.com/forum/uk/icones/smilies/pff...

CPU: i5-2500k
Mobo: ASUS P8Z68-V LX LGA 1155 Z68 ATX Intel Motherboard
Ram: Corsair DDR3-1600MHz : 1.65v, Kingston DDR3-1333MHz : 1.5v
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W
Case: Cooler Master 690 II Advanced

Originally i had corsair xms memory (DDR3-1600, 1.65v). Even though it shows supported in the MB manual to make sure it's not the problem i bought a Kingston hyperblu memory (DDR3-1333, 1.5v) but still have the MEMOK light constantly on. I did press that MEMOK button and it tried to tune the memory by resetting couple of times and eventually the LED stays lit.

I tried all below
- Clearing the RAM with jumper and removing the CMOS battery
- powering up with one RAM in different slots
- minimal configuration of CPU, fan, MB
- followed steps here http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-ste...

please let me know what else i could try to fix this.
I got most above from microcenter store.

Hi vamsiram

This might sound way off but check and do two things.
1. make sure your memory sockets are not warped see this link
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/forum2.php?config=tom...

2. Clean the memory chips pins and very importantly the memory socket connectors. They may have a special paste over them that prevents the memory from being connected correctly.
To clean them you could try a cotton bud dipped in Methylated Spirits or isopropylene

and then do the reset etc again.

Cheers.
