Hi there, I am putting together a new build and i have two options for a PSU.

I have a BRAND NEW UNOPENED Mod X Stream-Pro 600W PSU
http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-500w-700w-modxstream-p...
and

a EZCOOL PS-900 800W PSU which I have been using in my old computer for a while (well over a year, possibly 2 years)
http://www.cjcomputer.co.uk/prodpages/psu_ezcool_tornad...

The new build will be a gaming machine with AMD and ATI setup. I plan to crossfire in the future, but i am sure both CPUs support that
I just want to know the most reliable one to use + which is better if I plan to over clock in the future.

THANKS!

your in a tough spot... I believe the OCZ is better/more reliable, however the watts are a little low to crossfire two hungry cards. On the other hand 800w should be enough for most crossfire setups but how efficient and long lasting is that psu? also the 12v rails on the EZcool look heavily underpowered for a 800w psu. At the end of the day probably go with the OCZ. It has 25a on the two 12v rails oppsed to the 22a for the OZcool. OCZ is also a trusted company and I have never heard of the other.

What cards are planning on crossfiring? 600 watts/25ax2 is cutting it close but might be enough depending. My advice would be to sell both of them an grab one really nice 750 to 850 watt psu. Here are some examples.

Well I am going to stick one of the PSUs in my old computer and sell that to fund the build i just put together hehe... financial difficulties n all. I got an HD6850 I don't know if 600W is enough for it.
Otherwise, thanks for your really helpful reply! :)
