I was generally thinking of getting z68 mobo for gaming, but it seems those "three" extra features arent needed.

So i'm changing my mind to P67(not sure if smart move).

I'm gonna be using 2500k with gtx570 or maybe Radeon HD68xx once they come out.

I'm don't overclock, but still gonna need overclocking option.

I was gonna get ASRock z68 extreme3 or pro3, but changing to P67, don't know which one to get.

Heard ASRock P67s got alot of issues, so maybe i'll stick with ASUS P67s.

Suggest me a P67 board for gaming around budget $100~ (Price around ASRock Z68 extreme3)

Just because your not going to use the Z68 features that doesn't mean you have to to get a P67. You never know, I just sold my 6850's and running on my intel 2500k's integrated graphics until the AMD 7800 series and Kepler comes out. I have the asrock z68 extreme 3 and very happy with it.

Lowest Asus P67 is priced @ ~140 $

AsRock Fatal1ty Performance P67 @ ~130$

Recommend : AsRock Fatal1Ty P67 PROFESSIONAL @ ~190$

People seem to 'hear' a lot of things about Asrock MB's. They sure sell a lot more Z boards than Asus. Asus is a good MB but Asrock is a damn good board and will generally save you some $$. Asrock is a spin-off of Asus BTW.
Just my 2 cents...

I see, but between ASRock z68 and p67, is there any differences in features that might affect gaming?
