CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 V2 430W?

Hi,
Newegg has a promotion on CORSAIR CX430 - 19.99 after a $20 rebate

I am looking to build an office PC with i-2100 and use onboard graphics. My original choice was Antec Earthwatts 380. Is Corsiar CX430 a good substitute?

If you actually get the rebate that's a good deal. Both PSUs are good. The Antec is better but not for the price (assuming you get the rebate).

I'd usually get whichever is cheaper when i need to replace a psu for friends or family. I actually just got ordered one yesterday for a friend who put a gtx460 on a generic fsp 250w psu thinking it was all he needed to do to run sc2 on max settings..............
